David has just embarked on his summer tour with Demi Lovato. At his first concert, he surprised his fans with a little gem we thought we would never see again - 'Apologize'. Wow. To this day, this remains one of my favourite performances of his. I still remember when he sang this at the AI Finale last year. He slowly strutted onto the stage with a confidence and maturity we did not see throughout the season and I nearly fell out of my chair from the shock of it. Every time he sings this song, you can feel the pain of whatever it is he is feeling at that moment. Last year, it was losing the AI crown, and this year it is the personal turmoil he is currently going through. This video is so haunting and heart-wrenching.
